Volunteer This Ability (VTA) is a project of Project Inclusion Network supported by onsemu that prepares graduating college students with disabilities to step confidently into the world of work by bridging classroom learning and real-world employment.

Required Qualifications

A youth with disability
College strudents with disability enrolled in STEAL(Sciend, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) courses – with priority given to graduating students, while 3rd year students and recent graduates are also welcome
With internship scheduled January 2027 onwards for graduating students
Between 19-29 years old, male or female
Ready to learn from experts and committed to completing the program
