Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food orders following standard procedures and food preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned kitchen station and work area.
• Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and other supplies needed for daily operations.
• Check and maintain the quality, completeness, and proper storage of assigned food items and supplies.
• Record and report wastages, expired items, shortages, and other concerns to the assigned supervisor.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, hygiene, opening, and closing procedures.
• Ensure that prepared food orders are complete, accurate, and meet the required quality standards.
