Community Engagement Specialist

Position Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement community engagement, outreach, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the company’s goals and values.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, NGOs, local government units, and other community stakeholders.
Plan and lead community events, volunteer activities, outreach programs, and advocacy campaigns to encourage community participation.
Create promotional materials, support awareness campaigns, and strengthen the company’s presence and reputation within the community.
Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve community initiatives, employee engagement, and sustainability efforts.

Required Qualifications

Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
Have 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, CSR, public relations, program coordination, or a related field.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Be willing to be assigned at Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
