Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests at the front door in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist and usher the guest to their seats, provide a menu.
• Respond to guest queries at the front door regarding the menu, table availability etc.
• Communicate with the Dining Team for table set up and availability.
• Ensure that proper grooming and hygiene is observed and that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Take the guest’s order, repeat the order and do the suggestive selling.
• Buss out tables and prepare fresh table settings.
• Provide awesome guest service to the Guests.
