Frequently Asked Questions
How does Project Inclusion Network (PIN) improve access to opportunities for Persons with Disability?
As a jobseeker, how I can be part of PIN's programs of connecting Persons with Disability to training, job opportunities, etc.?
Project Inclusion Network (PIN) is a non-profit organization that enables communities to improve access to opportunities for Persons with Disability, towards a more inclusive, and barrier-free Philippines. These opportunities may vary from training, employment, or alternative working streams (supporting Person with Disability products, artworks, etc).
To start off, kindly make an account on this website, then upload your resume and complete the other necessary information for your profile. Afterwards, please wait for PIN to get in touch with you to set-up your assessment interview. Through this assessment, PIN will be able to know more about your skills, experiences and preferred work conditions (ex. schedule, location, uniform). Next, based on this information, PIN will match your experiences and skills with any of the available job openings with our partner companies who are currently hiring or have shown interest to hire Persons with Disability.
Please see our Application Process to know more about how we support the employment of Persons with Disabilities. As for training opportunities, PIN directly reaches the jobseeker based on their profile, background, and progress to suggest possible courses, seminars, or workshops.

Do Persons with Disability need to work? Why do you promote these types of programs in PIN?
Why are you assisting and giving jobs to Persons with Disability? Do they need to work?
Providing employment opportunities to Persons with Disability is a form of empowerment. According to law, Republic Act (RA) No. 10524 amended Section 5 of RA 7277 mandates “at least one percent (1%) of all positions in all government agencies, offices or corporations shall be reserved for persons with disability: Provided, that private corporations with more than one hundred (100) employees are encouraged to reserve at least one percent (1%) of all positions for persons with disability.”
Section 5 provides equal opportunity for employment for Persons with Disability. It further states that a qualified Person with Disability shall be subject to the same terms and conditions of employment and the same compensation, privileges, benefits, incentives and allowances as a qualified person without disability.
In fact, persons with Disability can succeed in the workplace through job matching and enabling the right workplace conditions. Moreover, when we hire Persons with Disability, we increase disability awareness in the workplace, we create a more diverse and inclusive work culture, and we can improve profitability and competitive advantage.
