Project Inclusion Network is a non-profit organization that aims to build a nation where the potential of Persons with Disability is realized. It enables communities to improve access to opportunities for Persons with Disability through empowering Persons with Disability, enabling disability inclusion, and engaging strategic sectors of society.
To promote the practice of workplace inclusion, PIN follows an access-to-work model that prepares jobseekers and employers, and supports their transition into an inclusive community, Project Inclusion Network has proven that hiring Persons with Disability is beneficial to the Persons with Disability, the team, and the entire organization.

To empower, enable, and engage communities to improve access to opportunities for Persons with Disability towards a more inclusive and barrier-free society
The empower pillar focuses on activities and efforts that will equip Person with Disability jobseekers with the right tools to become active participants of society and advocates of their community.
The enable pillar consists of promoting disability inclusion in businesses who are willing to train, hire, and support Persons with Disability.
The engage pillar aims to tap and gather like-minded organizations that work together to further advocate for Persons with Disability.
The organization primarily follows and utilizes the Access-to-Work model which is further explained in Our Process.
